So I'll be going to the pub quiz tonight after all then. Fortunately I don't work on Mondays so the only obstacles between me and staying up to watch are a) threats of divorce from Mr P b) pilates class at 10.30am tomorrow!
Still nervous about this because if Friday's Andy shows up then Floppy won't need to win, Andy can lose it all on his own! GULP

Hope the switch to night helps Andy all round. Less heat, sure starting time (first on), opponent he matches up against well, night atmosphere.
We also shouldn't forget that it maximises the recovery time after the five setter. If he can show more of his true form, and win comfortably (though I'm too seasoned an Andy watcher to be taking anything for granted!) without too much energy loss, it might help get his energy levels back on track. I also think from Andy's quotes he knows he had a big scare against Haase and that he has to step up now and I do not think he will be going into this in second gear and seeing what happens, but will be anxious to make his mark from the start.
Just hope that this problem with movement, which seems to have affected him in North American hard court tournaments this year, is something that can be worked out and then worked on.
C'mon Andy!

Let's hope the Andy who trounced Flopez at Wimbledon turns up - and that I wake up to good news - will be charging the iPad by my bed in readiness for a bleary eyed check of the scores!

I don 't think there's any way I'm going to be able to watch this. I'm exhausted through several really hectic days and 3 nights of sleeping badly. I guess if I can't get to sleep tonight I'll switch on, but tonight will probably be the night when I sleep through!
So, Come on Andy! Get those first serves in, don't get down on yourself, keep positive, and I hope there will be good news in the morning!
For all you who are going to be watching, please cheer for me too!

Andy's match is cheduled for 01.00 on livescorehunter and the Isner match not until 00.20. Don't know why they take so long to get the next match on court
Not BST Isner on at 23.20 so hopefully Andy will be on at 12. Don't know what happened to Kirilrnko/Stosurs match

Had a coffee, bath, got in my night things setting laptop up at suitable angle so I can sit comfortably and wait for the action. Not sure I am going to last for a 5 setter though had busy weekend and long day today

Here I am! Following on livescores, don't have enough download speed for a livestream.
Come on Andy! Come out firing, and don't give him a hope!
There, I promised extra cheers, didn't I?

Well, I'm extremely tired (living the Spanish vida loca lately... ), but I've decided I'll stay up and watch so Andy please win it very easily, it's already 1am and I have to wake up at 8am to go to the language course.
Thanks! Best of luck!

Am listening to Zadok the Priest and Ravel's Bolero for inspiring music!
Best of luck with your Spanish, sophie, I was abysmal with my French!
