    Rules for entry:
    You get 1 point for every number you are away from the bubble gap - lowest score wins.
    Pick a different number to everyone else.
    No editing of guesses.
    In the event of a tie, (s)he who enters first, wins!

    Deadline is 16:00 UK time on Thursday

    The aim, as always, is to predict what the bubble gap will be at the end of the US Open -

    the bubble gap is currently Andy's points minus the guy in 9th placed (on "the bubble") points: 4730-2080=2650


    To help you make your guess, the points available for the Open are as follows:


    Code:
    Win  2000
    R/U  1200
    SF    720
    QF    360
    R16  180
    R32    90
    R64    45
    R128  10

    So, for example, if you think Andy will reach the SF then his points would be 4730 + 720 = 5450.
    Then you need to guess how many points the guy in 9th place will have (maybe you think it'll be Berdych with say 2350 points) then the bubble gap would be 5450 - 2350 = 3100.
    So your guess for the comp would be 3100.

    If you can't be bothered to work it out just have a guess - pick a number.
    The theoretical highest it can be is 4650 if Andy wins in Flushing Meadow and nobody else passes the current bubble.
    (I don't think anybody who can affect the bubble gap before the USO are playing this week)

    The absolute lowest it could be is roughly 1740.
    So have a guess between 1740 and 4650, the better you think Andy will do, the higher the number.
