Double break for Nole, serving for the match. Rafa seems to have a hamstring prolem now.

Nole breaks again as Rafa's struggles somewhat and the match is surely over now!

Awesome match. Not quite the result I'd have liked but Djoko sure deserved to win this title. I just don't see him stopping anytime soon. I reckon it's at least another 3 years of Djoko domination. Watch out.

I wasn't on here 'cos I was watching the match on full screen so couldn't be here as well. And what an amazing match! One of the best I've ever seen. These 2 have raised the bar even higher. Of course I wanted Rafa to win although I thought that Nole would (predicted Nole in FTM) and I was so proud of Rafa the way he fought all the way and managed to get the third set. Unfortunately they both had injury problems in the fourth set so it wasn't the same high quality as the first three sets.

Recovered from the dramas of last night. Really was a memorable final. Year end finals should be interesting, can he keep up this level until the end of the year.

I can't believe that the Djokovic I watched playing Berdych at the 02 last year is the same man as I watched last night. Then he looked mediocre - now, well WOW! I'm convinced that if he can change things around like this - many pundits had written him off - so can Andy. Having said that, apart from the semi against Federer, Novak had a fairly easy run to the final - 2 retirals and spread over 15 days - Rafa's half of the draw had a much more difficult ride. Not that I think it would have changed anything last night. Djokovic was amazing -doesn't mean I have to like him though!

Congrats to Nole. He's certainly had an unbelievable year.

I admit I would have liked a new, fresh winner (Andy!), but wow... Nole is unstoppable. I wanted him to win yesterday. So much respect for this fighter. He has a big heart and confidence and deserves all three grand slams he won. And of course, hard luck to the gentleman Rafa.

As for the FTM, I apologize I didn't predict a winner because I couldn't access internet on my laptop and only had my mobile which takes lightyears to open a site.

He also had the befit of the Pod which those in the know claim is far more efficient than and I quote "blood doping". Perhaps Andy can buy one though did read there are only about 20 in the world.
