    OK - this might just be why we don't go down the route of a 'free' forum like this.
    The popup ad that cannot be got rid of.
    Well, it might be possible but I've no time to look at how/if until Sunday.

    Sorry peeps, going to have to live with it unless someone can advise me.

    as mentioned above I'd advise you all to use ad bock plus, gets rid of all annoying ads on most websites.

    get it here;

    for google chrome; https: http://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/cfhdojbkjhnklbpkdaibdccddilifddb

    for firefox; https: http://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/adblock-plus/

    for anyone using internet explorer; I'd advise not using that browser as it is useless for reasons I don't have enough time in a year to get in to here Smile

    Note; The forum doesn't let 'new users' post links for 7 days, so to get the extension copy and paste the above and move the space Smile

    Yay I'd forgotten about the ad blocker - although they're still popping up - suppose I just have to block them all!

    You might not like IE but some of us have to use it on work computers where other browsers are blocked so isthere a way to block the ads in IE?
